The Kamiakin Braves held the Grizzlies' Jack Bonner to only 2 points for the contest and forced 20 Glacier Peak turnovers, to take 3rd place honors in the State 3A tournament here in Tacoma.
The Braves were able to get to the line 21 times throughout the contest, converting on 17. While the Grizzlies were only 6 of 9
Jack Bonner's first points came just before the end of the 3rd period ended, which brought the Grizzlies even with the Braves. However, that was short lived, after Case Rada was fouled shooting from beyond the arc. Rada made all three free throws, which gave Kamiakin the lead 36-33 going into the start of the final 8 minutes.
