Ten days ago, Brad Miller was playing shortstop for the Triple A Tacoma Rainiers. Now he is starting at shortstop and batting leadoff for the Seattle Mariners. He has tallied four hits so far in is Major League career. Those hits were big ones: two doubles and two triples. He has also tallied nine walks and two stolen bases.
Miller adds something that is sorely needed on the team and that is an impact hitter who isn't necessarily a home run hitter. His game nicely compliments the talents of Kendrys Morales and Raul Ibanez. Miller joined Seth Everett on the Softy Show and talked about what it was like to get the call up and how he has fit in with the team.
