Job Requirements:

  • Preparation of sales proposals and recaps.
  • Writing orders and generating confirmations and invoices.
  • Managing spot times and daily logs for clients.
  • Generating reports.
  • Setting appointments with clients.
  • Maintaining team files and assisting with the collection of receivables.
  • Performing research.
  • Preparing and proofreading memos, letters and presentations.  
  • Scheduling and organizing team meetings.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.


Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Broadcasting/Communications field preferred.  3 years experience in administrative, marketing, advertising and/or promotions required.
