Bring your family, friends and co-workers! Join the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association in defeating heart disease and stroke, the No. 1 and No. 4 killers.
Sign up to walk as a survivor or form your own community team or corporate team. The Heart and Stroke Walk is family-friendly and open to all ages. Heart disease and stroke survivors get honorary red caps. Tribute stickers will be provided for all walkers participating in honor or in memory of a loved one.
Proceeds from the Heart and Stroke Walk support your local American Heart Association/American Stroke Association. Your donations fund lifesaving research at institutions such as the University of Washington, fight for stronger public health policies, and provide public resources to promote healthier lifestyles.
