Zach LaVine added 14 points for UCLA (23-7, 12-5 Pac-12), which has won consecutive games after a two-contest slide. Kyle Anderson tacked on 12 points, nine rebounds and five assists and Bryce Alford (12 points) and Tony Parker (10 points) also got in the mix.

C.J. Wilcox led the way for Washington (16-14, 8-9) with 20 points. Nigel Williams-Goss and Andrew Andrews each had 17 points, with Williams-Goss handing out eight assists as well. Perris Blackwell logged a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds in the loss.

In the first half the Huskies connected on 58.8 percent from the field, including 5-of-10 from 3-point distance. The Bruins remained within striking distance at halftime (45-41), but shot at a 48.4 percent clip in the period.

UCLA heated up to 60.7 percent shooting over the final 20 minutes. The Bruins also hit 15-of-21 at the free-throw line in the frame to push past Washington, which hit on an even 50 percent over the final 20 minutes.

The Bruins had a 23-10 scoring edge off of turnovers, which proved to be too much for the Huskies to overcome.
